Raid on Athens Coop Mission

Next Wednesday, 17 Sept. 2008 at 9:P.M. Eastern Time 9 (-5:00 GMT), The Fallen Angels will host a Mega Coop mission on Hyperlobby.

B-17s of the 99th BS, escorted by P-47D-22s of the 325th FG , will attack Tatoi airfield, northwest of Athens, Greece.
Bf-109 G6s will defend the skies over the Ionian Peninsula.

In preparation for this mission, The Fallen Angels will fly two PR Mosquito Mk XVI photo reconnaissance missions over
the target area, that will be used to create an appropriate mission brief to be posted here. FA personnel wishing to
volunteer for these PR missions should check-in with the CO.

In order to join, participants will need the Unified Installer version of The Sound MOD from the AAA site. You can
find this installer here: http://allaircraftarcade.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7688

The vol_ItalyAfricaGreece map that comes with the Unified Install will be used for this mission.

FA_Monguse will provide a download link for the appropriate skins for the USAAF units, and the 60th Sqdn. SAAF PR
Mosquitoes.

Winds of War has gone Full Switch.

Due to a large number of request the Fallen Angels have turned the Winds of War server over to Full Switch.

We will be migrating over some of our P51's vs 109's misson along with the heavies bombers missions. This migration should be finished by the end of this week.

Fogotten Skies Mod Campaign

On July 26th at 9:30 PM Eastern time (-5:00 GMT) the Fallen Angels Squadron along with Forgotten Skies will be having an open room testing of the new "FS_Mod_Server" which will emulate Italy Campaign. This will enable the use of the Heavy Bombers.

You do not need the mod to take part in the testing. However, if you want to use the heavy bombers you will need to.

I will be turning off our old homepage (www.fallenangels.dyndns.org) but I will keep our old forum (http://favacw.dyndns.org/faforum/index.php) up and running until the completion of ongoing projects. Then I will turn that off also.
