Hi guys! As you have maybe noticed I have been away for the last couple of weeks. The thing is that things got really nasty at my job with lots of fighting and politics right down to personal level. And I just didn't feel like flying. I think that anything is worth doing only if you are 100% at it. And currently I am not.
I will be back though. Until then I wish you happy flying. Give them hell! |

This week I'll go for the same "trip" than last year, if you remember this.
Furthermore, I don't play il2 anymore since I use Rise of Flight. I'm tired with multiples installs and mods.
So I think you can remove me from the "active" list. 
Maybe that when we will use SoW I'll come to fly again in the best formations ever seen! 
If you'll be still there....

Thanks for the notification, although I see no point in doing so any more.
Very few of us are flying mate. For the same reasons you mentioned - too many mods etc. Plus I have s broken PC and no money to buy another one.
I certainly plan to be here once SoW comes out. And so will DBS if you ask me.
Have a nice trip buddy. Hopefully once you're back we will get to enjoy SoW. |

Just a thought ...
If you guys are tired of the Mod Updates (as we all are) why don't you have a 4.09 version of the game for you guys to get together on DBS training sessions? Or at the very least your own selected mods package. Then simple fly by those and anyone joining must apply?
I'm sure Ikkyo can help with setting up the server for special occasions and Mega Missions. We fly HSFX4.1 at the moment but it's easy to run as 4.09

Thanks HRD. But I for one have lost the enthusiasm. The magic that was there before mods arrived is gone now, for me at least.
I will consider installing IL2 once again when the following three conditions are met: 352nd Channel map is done, we get an AI fix for team killing gunners, and I have the money to fix my PC.
